Chicken is the most populous bird in the world and a meat eaten by most major religions and in (I’m guessing) every country in the world. Of course there are plenty of different ways of cooking chicken, but in Korea maybe the best and often overlooked way is the Dak Galbi way.
Dak Galbi originates from ChunCheon (춘천) in Gangwon-do Korea and is basically made by stir frying chili paste marinated chicken with different sliced vegetables on a large hot plate. Generally prices start from around ₩5000 ($5) per person up to more gourmet prices.
Here are some pictures from a Dak Galbi Restaurant near Dongdaemun Market in Seoul:

Looks yummy! Yesterday I went to a Korean restaurant here in Manila and had 삼겹살 as well as 된장 찌개 for dinner. 🙂
삼겹살 (Samgyeopsal) is maybe the best way to cook pork, it is really tasty 🙂
I agree. It is one of my favorite Korean food. Together with 깻잎 (kaennip/sesame leaves) and 소주 (soju), it will be the best! 😀

It looks delicious! I love many Korean dishes, but I really think I am going to have to get used to spicy food if I want to completely enjoy Korean cuisine. My boyfriend is Korean and he always impresses everyone in my country by his resistance to the hot chili peppers ^^
