Chicken is the most populous bird in the world and a meat eaten by most major religions and in (I’m guessing) every country in the world. Of course there are plenty of different ways of cooking chicken, but in Korea maybe the best and often overlooked way is the Dak Galbi way.

Dak Galbi originates from ChunCheon (춘천) in Gangwon-do Korea and is basically made by stir frying chili paste marinated chicken with different sliced vegetables on a large hot plate. Generally prices start from around ₩5000 ($5) per person up to more gourmet prices.
