Kimbap (or Gimbap) is one of the most famous Korean dishes partly due it is similarity to Japanese Sushi. However although it is similar both are normally rice wrapped in dried seaweed with a filling, but the that is where the similarity’s stop.

The taste of Kimbap is different from Sushi as (of course) there is no wasabi, the ingredients don’t include raw fish and normally there are many ingredients in one roll.

Here are a couple of examples, one is traditional Kimbap whilst the other is Nude Kimbap which has the rice on the outside of the seaweed.
