Cheonggyecheon Stream 1

The Cheonggyecheon Stream (청계천) flows for 5.8km though Downtown Seoul from near City Hall to the Han River which connects to the Yellow Sea. The stream has been redeveloped at a cost of around $261Million and official reopened in 2006. In the past 6 years the stream has become a popular tourist attraction. Also every year it hosts part of Seouls lantern festival along with other events.

Cheonggyecheon Stream is a nice place to visit although its better in the Spring or Fall, Winter is a little to cold and it gets very busy in the Summer.
