Over this past summer the Shak King brand milkshake produced by Seoul Milk underwent a redesign and re-branding. These changes now feature KPOP girl group 4Minute and their advertisements feature the 4 minute song “What’s your name?” Honestly we’d not really noticed or heard of Shak King before this re-branding and 4 Minute endorsement deal, so we were pretty interested to see if the product was just 4 Minute Quality? or a top milkshake.
Our Thoughts; the Shak King milkshakes were pretty average sadly, it maybe that we expected better but they were simply flavored milk. The liquid was a little thin but that maybe because we tried the Light versions. Although the flavor was good it wasn’t any better than other brands. So overall it’s worth a try but we wouldn’t go out of our way to find or try it.

Sometimes I listen to MBC Radio 95.9 and MBC FM4U 91.9 (that’s what they’re called in English on the app I use, not sure if it’s the same in Korean), and kept hearing this commercial. I couldn’t figure out what it was for, but I recognized the song. So random, but glad to finally know what was being advertised.
