This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken in Gangwon and as the title suggests at a Rest Stop. Large expressways and freeways are pretty easy to find in South Korea however strangely there are few rest stops around Seoul. They can be found every 30km or so in more remote areas such as Gangwon-do. They include the obvious things such as Bathrooms, Fast Food Restaurants, Shops and a Gas Station. They are however a much nicer quality that you might find in the UK or US and the prices are similar to a normally located store.
