Eomukba Korean Street Food in Incheon

This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken in the Gyesan/Imhak area of Incheon. It shows an Eomukba (어묵바) which is a commonly found type of Korean Street Food. It’s basically a piece of something (in this case processed one has Crab Meat the other Sausage) which is wrapped in Eomuk (fish paste) and deep fried. It’s then topped with what ever sauce you like. Depending on the stall and the something inside the prices differ, however they are normally between w1000 and w2000. Crab Meat and Sausage are our personal favorites.
