This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken in a Bar in Seoul. This might not seem so strange to some but here in Korea only within the last year has smoking inside bars and restaurants been banned. For non-smokers it’s a welcome sight, and for those who do smoke they risk a ₩100,000 fine if they do. Most places these days have a smoking area, but some force smoking outside in the cold.
