Seoul is one of the largest cities in the world and like any large city there are different areas where ethic groups have settled. Some famous examples are China Town in New York, Korean Town in Los Angeles and USA Town (Itaewon) in Seoul. In South Korea there is a large population of Russian and central Asian people and one of the key hubs is Dongdaemun in Seoul. There are shops, restaurants, bars and other businesses, helping to bring a little piece of home to Korea.
It’s a nice place to walk around and maybe buy a cheap bottle of Vodka or grab a bite to eat before braving the crowds are the famous Dongdaemun Market down the street. Pictures and Directions are below:

Around Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station (Lines 2, 4 and 5) Exit 13 is the start of the area and it spreads and snakes around the back streets.
