All over the world people love curry and it come in all sorts of different styles and flavors. Here in South Korea there is a Korean take on the more commonly found Indian Curry Powders you might find back home. They are a little more watery and softer (taste wise), however they can still be spicy. Here we have an interestingly name product called “Ottogi Hash Curry Powder”, we’re not exactly sure why it’s called Hash Curry. This curry is tasty and works well with different vegetables, and you could also add meat if you like. The 100g package contains enough to make enough curry for a large group of people.
How to Use Ottogi Hash Curry Powder
Here are a few simple steps to using Ottogi Hash Curry Powder:
1) Add the curry powder to some chopped vegetables (optional: meat) and some water.
2) Bring to a boil and allow to cook.
3) Once the vegetables are done serve and enjoy.
The whole process shouldn’t take more than 25mins.

I bought a premium ottogi curry packet with a paper box..this article gave me instructions (thank you) but I want to know how much curry powder I have to put in for 5 people.
It says 120 g (5~6 /Korean words/) under the box
It can be enough for 5 people however the sizes will be pretty small or the sauce weak.
Good morning can you please translate in english the instructions of ottogi curry mild. Thanks
