Cauliflower in Korea at Homeplus

This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken at our local Homeplus. We’re lucky in South Korea to have a wide range of vegetables available to us, and generally they are reasonably priced. However there are a few things that would strangely be consider exotic, Cauliflower is a good example. At the moment it is basically impossible to find on sale fresh and therefore the only way to can get it is frozen. We hope that in the future Korean farmers take a look at growing some Cauliflowers, it might be a valuable niche.
