This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken at our local Homeplus. We’re lucky in South Korea to have a wide range of vegetables available to us, and generally they are reasonably priced. However there are a few things that would strangely be consider exotic, Cauliflower is a good example. At the moment it is basically impossible to find on sale fresh and therefore the only way to can get it is frozen. We hope that in the future Korean farmers take a look at growing some Cauliflowers, it might be a valuable niche.
If you have any questions or comments please feel free to let us know either via email or on Twitter, Facebook or below.
Have a great week and see you next Wednesday.

I shall not take vegetables that I can buy at my local market, for granted anymore. Although there are some I like to buy frozen.
