This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken a rainy summer afternoon in Gyesan, Incheon. It is of an rusty truck which looks like it’s either been abandoned or crashed. In fact it’s just been parked. Sadly in Korea that isn’t a great amount of parking but all there isn’t much enforcement of parking rules. Therefore people park their trucks (or buses, cars etc) wherever they like, and often for a few weeks or more.
