This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken just outside of Bucheon City Hall. It’s of some beautiful blooming pansies, these are in fact hybrids as they are multiple colors. Flower arrangements and some flower gardens like this are commonly found in front of a number of city halls across South Korea, maybe in part to improve upon the grey exterior of the building. It’s a nice environment to relax in when the weather is nice and on the odd occasion you might need to go to Bucheon City Hall (or any other).
