Hello and welcome to this weeks Modern Seoul KPOP Song of the Week, the fourth for September 2014. Although there were a number of very interesting new releases this week, we’ve chosen the new release from Teen Top. The song is titled “Missing” (쉽지않아) and it was released on Sunday September 14th. Since then the video has been viewed over 500,000 times on YouTube. Here are our reasons for choosing “Missing” for our KPOP song of the week:
- Firstly the song has a nice mix of ballad style vocals, rapping and general harmonies.
- Secondly the video combines an interesting performance / dancing as well as a little story.
- Finally this is the first new release from Teen Top recently and it shows their range nicely.
- On the negative side; Some of the acting in the video is a little over the top.
