Hello and welcome to this weeks Modern Seoul KPOP Song of the Week, the first for November 2014. Although there were a number of very interesting new releases this week, we’ve chosen the new release by 2AM. The song is titled “Days Like Today” and it was released on Sunday October 26th. Since then the video has been viewed around 350,000 times on YouTube. Here are our reasons for choosing “Days Like Today” for our KPOP song of the week:
- Firstly the song is a nice ballad and saws the vocal talents of 2AM nicely.
- Secondly the video tells a slightly bitter sweet story and relates well to the lyrics in the song.
- Finally 2AM have been around for a while and seem to have moved away from the bubblegum style which is great.
- On the negative side; it may sadly get a little lost vs. other recent releases.
