Hello and welcome to this weeks Modern Seoul KPOP Song of the Week, the second for November 2014. Although there were a number of very interesting new releases this week, we’ve chosen the new release by Spica. The song is titled “Ghost” and it was released on Tuesday November 4th. Since then the video has been viewed around 50,000 times on YouTube. Here are our reasons for choosing “Ghost” for our KPOP song of the week:
- Firstly the song is a nice ballad and combines the strong vocal talents of all of the Spica members well.
- Secondly the video shows a simple background story as well as simple dressing/makeup room scene.
- Finally Spica are maybe one of the most vocally gifted KPOP currently around and maybe very big in the future.
- On the negative side; it’s little interest so far and it might be missed by many which is a shame.
