How to Make Korean Quails Eggs in Soy Sauce (메추리알 장조림)

1 – Boil the Quail Eggs and then allow them to cool.

2 – Peel off the shells of each egg (this is both boring and time consuming so maybe do it whilst watching TV)

3 – Add the eggs to a pan of sauce soy, and bring to the boil

4 – Top with sesame seeds and serve.
