Updated K League Classic League Table

K League Classic 2015 League Table August 15thThe league table has finally taken shape after 24 games, but there are a few tight areas remaining. Jeonbuk Hyundai are still top and are 10 points clear. Suwon and Jeonnam are just behind them, with FC Seoul, Pohang and Seongnam completing the top half. Gwangju, Incheon and Jeju United are separated by just 1 point in 7th-9th. Then come Ulsan, Busan and finally Daejeon who are 12 points adrift, completing the table.

K League Classic 2015 Round 25 Previews & Predictions

This round of games take place on Saturday (3) and Sunday (2). All of the games take place in the early evening at 7pm. Seoul and Gwangju don’t play this weekend. Here are our previews and predictions of this weekend K League Classic Round 25 Games;

Saturday August 15th 2015:

Daejeon Citizen vs. Seongnam (7pm)

Bottom side Daejeon Citizen are 12 points adrift at the foot of the league. Seongnam are mid table and hard to beat, but can find it difficult to score at times. We see Seongnam edging this one but it maybe close.
Prediction: 0 – 1

Pohang Steelers vs. Jeonbuk Hyundai (7pm)

Pohang left it late during the week to beat Incheon on the road. Whilst Jeonbuk who also won during the week, currently have a 10 point lead currently and an unbeaten run stretching back to the start of June. We honestly see this being a draw, but either side have the quality to nick it.
Prediction: 1 – 1

Jeonnam Dragons vs. Incheon United (7pm)

Jeonnam have had a good season so far and were a little unlucky to only draw during the week. Incheon have lost three games on the bounce and have struggled to score this season. We see Jeonnam edging this one.
Prediction: 2 – 1

Sunday August 16th 2015:

Busan I’Park vs. Ulsan Hyundai (7pm)

Busan are currently 11th (the relegation playoff spot) and are the league lowest goalscorers with just 19 all season. Ulsan are only a single place above them and have also struggled this season. This however is a local derby and therefore could be more entertaining than the average game, but we’re still siding with a draw.
Prediction: 1 – 1

Jeju united vs. Suwon Bluewings (7pm)

Jeju United are normally strong at home, but lost that form during July. But did take a point away from Seongnam during the week. Suwon labored to a 2-1 win over lowly Daejeon on Wednesday, but are 2nd and should have the quality to take home all 3 points.
Prediction: 1 – 2
