Hello and welcome to this weeks Modern Seoul KPOP Song of the Week, our second for December 2015. Although there were a number of very interesting new releases this week, we’ve chosen the new release from KPOP Boyband EXO. The song is titled “Sing For You” and it was released this past Wednesday December 9th. Since then the video has been viewed over 3.5million times on the SMTOWN YouTube Channel. Here are our reasons for choosing “Sing For You” for our KPOP song of the week:
- Firstly the song is slow but powerful, it has highlights the vocal talents of the band.
- Secondly the video is seasonal and matches well with the lyrics and Christmas time of year, with its black and white style.
- Finally EXO have had a strong 2015 and keep going from strength to strength.
- On the negative side; by 2016 is might have been forgotten about.
