This weeks Photo Wednesday was at the Cheongna Lake Park / Central Park. The weather has improved enough in the past week to allow us (and the rest of the region) to be able to walk around and enjoy some late Wintry scenes. The lake in Cheongna is still frozen over and on a clear day like today is looks beautiful.
