korean mistletoe tea - raw sackThis weeks Photo Wednesday was taken at home. Although it’s been a almost 2 months since Christmas Mistletoe (the herb) is still in season and in Korea some people use it to make mistletoe tea. Mistletoe Tea has a number of health benefits and is simple to make at home. The mistletoe can be purchased at more traditional market and some supermarkets.

How to Make:
1) Wash the Mistletoe and remove any dirt and dead leaves.
2) Stream/Boil in a rice cooking or on a low heat in a pot.
3) After a hour or so, enjoy the tea. You can repeat the process if required.
