This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken at a local Rib restaurant in Cheongna, Incheon. Last year a few strange new combination or fusion dishes became popular here in South Korea. One of our favorites was the Korean Style Spicy and Cheese (치즈등갈비), a slightly odd combination but one that for the most part works. The only downside it that the cheese isn’t normally very good.

Canal Way, Cheongna, Incheon. Ground Floor a couple of buildings before the Women’s Hospital.
However I feel it might have changed into a Galbi Restaurant recently, but I might be wrong.
