“Dynamite” by VIXX – KPOP Song of the Week

Hello and welcome to this weeks Modern Seoul KPOP Song of the Week, our first for May 2016.
There have been a few interesting new KPOP releases over the past week or so, however we’ve chosen the new release from VIXX. The song is titled “Dynamite” and it was released on YouTube Tuesday April 19th, and in that time it’s been viewed around 500,000 times on the CJENMMusic YouTube Channel. Here are our reasons for choosing “Dynamite” for our KPOP song of the week:

• Firstly the song has a upbeat tempo, solid vocals and a catchy tune.
• Secondly the video is interesting and fun, it a little lacking in story.
• Finally VIXX have been around since 2012, and are very popular especially with girls.
• On the negative side; it’s a little dated in style and might be passed over by more modern releases.
