Here are the Results from Sunday’s 5 K League Challenge games;
Sunday May 8th 2016
Busan I’Park 3 – 1 FC Anyang
Stojanović scored his first Busan goal as they beat Anyang in a interesting tie. There was also goals for William Popp and Yong Jae-Hyun.
Daejeon Citizen 0 – 1 Gangwon
A tight game from start to finish with both sides lacking much cutting edge. It was Gangwon Substitute Choi Jin-Ho who scored in the 81st minute winning goal.
Gyeongnam 0 – 1 Seoul E-Land
Played down on Geoje Island in front of a small crowd. Gyeongnam had a costly moment of indecision and let Ahn Tae-Hyun in to score his first ever for the club and the winning goal in second half injury time.
Goyang Zaicro 0 – 0 Bucheon 1995
The scoreline sums this one up, poor and boring. Fortunately it seems like less than 400 turned up anyway.
Ansan Mugunghwa 0 – 2 Daegu
The late game similar to the rest started slowly. However Daegu came out of the second half a different side a scored twice thanks to Brazilians Eder and Paulo early on, and didn’t look back.
The K League Challenge returns next weekend, but in the meantime we have FA Cup action during the week.
