This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken at a small Restaurant in Incheon. It’s of a Korean Dish called Sundae Guk (순대국) which is basically Korean Blood Sausage Soup (More information of Sundae Here). It’s a pretty simple dish and can be either plain or spicy. It’s a popular meal for late in the evening or for after drinking. Finally it’s easily found across Korea and it’s normally pretty cheap.
