The K League Challenge season moves into round 15 with a 4th round in 2 weeks, so it’s a busy time of the season. The highlight game of this round is clash between 2nd placed Ansan Mugunghwa and 5th placed Seoul E-Land. Both sides played in last seasons playoffs and are both favorites to be in the promotion picture again this season. This will be key in the early title race.
K League Challenge 2016 League Table Update
The league table is tight in the mid-table with sides still have plenty of time to push on, Gangwon are leading the way 2 points ahead of with Ansan Mugunghwa. Daegu and Bucheon 1995 complete the playoff places 5 points below them. Gyeongnam are still bottom and are now 3 points adrift of Goyang Zaicro, who are 4 behind 9th placed Chungju Hummel.

This round of games take place this weekend Saturday (3) and Sunday (2). The games also all take place in the evening at 7pm. Here are our predictions for the 15th round of 2016 K League Challenge games;
Saturday June 3rd 2016:

Gwangju vs. Jeonbuk Hyundai (June 4th 2016)
In the only K League Classic games of the weekend (moved due to Jeonbuk Hyundai playing in the Asian Champions League) Gwangju host Jeonbuk Hyundai. This is also the first weekend evening match of the season.
Gwangju: Gwangju have won their last three league games on the bounce and have moved into the top half of the table. They have a strong defence, but a slightly weak attacking line.
Jeonbuk Hyundai: The champions for the past 2 seasons have one their last 4 league games straight. They are also in the Quarter Finals of the Asian Champions League and top currently of the K League Classic.
Head-to-Head: They haven’t played each other yet this season but last season Jeonbuk won two (3-2 & 2-1) and the other ended 1-1.
Prediction: Gwangju 0 – 2 Jeonbuk Hyundai
Jeonbuk Hyundai should have the edge here.

Both sides scores late on in the second half, Jeonbuk taking the lead but Gwangju equalized.
