This is our highlight game of the week in the K League Classic. The game is a top vs. (almost) bottom clash between Incheon United & Jeonbuk Hyundai. Of course there is the Super Match this weekend, but we’re hopefully going to this game and therefore it makes more sense to cover it.

Incheon United: They are currently second from bottom only above Suwon FC on goal difference. They have won 2 of their last 3 games drawing the other one, their best form of the season so far. Key man is big 31 year old Belgium and former Jeonbuk forward Kevin Oris, he has 3 goals so far this season and always gives 100%.
Jeonbuk Hyundai: Reigning champions for the past 2 season and current league leaders, Jeonbuk would certainly be a glory supporters top pick. They have won 2 and drawn 2 of their last 4 league games. Including a last minute 2-1 win from Suwon Bluewings during the week. There have been issues of the field for the club due to bribery allegations. Key Man recently has been Brazilian winger Leonardo who is in his 5th season at the club.
Head-to-Head: They played each other back in April with the game ending level at 1-1, with Incheon super sub Song Si-Woo scoring in injury time.
Last season Jeonbuk won 1 (1-0), Seongnam won 1 (1-0) and the other ended 0-0.
Since 2004 they’ve played 33 times. With the record standing surprisingly even with Jeonbuk winning 11, Incheon 11 and 11 draws.
Prediction: Incheon United 1 – 2 Jeonbuk Hyundai
Jeonbuk don’t give up or lose easily and with Incheon sometimes giving away soft goals it seems like Jeonbuk should edge this one. Incheon however will make it interesting and have been improving a lot this month alone.
