Korean Dried Anchovies 2016

This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken at home. It’s of some Korean Dried Anchovies known as 멸치 (myeolchi) here in South Korea. They are used in a range of different dishes as well as being eaten whole as a side dish or snack. They might not be the prettiest to look at but they do taste good and an generally pretty cheap.
