This weeks Photo Wednesday was taken at home. It’s of a “Single’s Pride” pack of Spicy Chicken Feet (DakBal / 닭발). It was easily cooked in the Microwave and tasty a lot better than expected. It was of course spicy but had a smokey taste like it had cooked over a barbecue. The chicken was chewy but enjoyable (and boneless). It’s certainly worth giving a go, before trying the real thing with is triple the price. However it’s maybe worth waiting until the whole AI has passed.
