UFC 210 is the third UFC PPV event for 2017 but maybe not the most hyped card ever. It’s features in the main event a rematch for the Light Heavyweight Title between Daniel “DC” Cormier and Anthony “Rumble” Johnson. Jon Jones is waiting in the wings for the winner to setup a big fight this coming Summer. The Co-main features former Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman and former Strikeforce Light-Heavyweight and Dream Champion Gegard Mousasi. A big fight in that packed division. Also on the main card Calvillo vs. Gonzalez, Alves vs. Cote and Brooks vs. Olveira. Interesting fights in their respective divisions.
Here are our predictions for all of the UFC 210 fights plus a brief previews for the main card;

UFC 210 Main Card Predictions & Previews

5 really interesting fights make up the UFC 209 Main Card;

Will Brookes v Charles Oliveira – Lightweight

Brookes by Decision – Will Brookes is best known from his time in Bellator, but he’s starting to gain the attention of the higher ranked fighters in the UFC. We see him winning against Oliveira who’s a fighter seemingly stuck between weight-classes.

Thiago Alves v Patrick Cote – Welterweight

Patrick Cote by 2nd Round TKO – Both of these fighters are maybe closing in on the ends of their careers but both like to put on a show. We see Cote winning in the 2nd round. This could be a dark-horse for fight of the night.

Cynthia Calvillo v Pearl Gonzalez – Women’s Strawweight

Cynthia Callvillo by Decision – Callvillo is fighting for the 3rd time in 2017! Which shows how much of a push the UFC is giving this undefeated Team AlphaMale fighter. Gonzalez is the more experienced fighter with a 6-1 record dating back to 2012. However we see Calvillo adding another win to her record and maybe a spot in the UFC rankings.
Note: This fight was also strapped due to Pearl Gonzalez’s breast implants, which aren’t allowed by New York Law. However they overturned that strange decision.

Chris Weidman v Gegard Mousasi – Middleweight

Gegard Mousasi by Decision – Mousasi is on a great run, 4 straight wins all in 2016 has pushed him up to 5th in a competitive Middleweight Division. Weidman was undefeated 13-0 before losing his last two fights, but they were against Rockhold and Romero. We see Mousasi winning and edging closer to that long overdue title fight.

Daniel Cormier v Anthony Johnson – Light-Heavyweight Championship

Anthony Johnson by 2nd Round TKO – This is a big call, DC has only ever lost once and by Decision to Jon Jones. However Rumble Johnson is a little older and wiser than the first time these guys fought. Cormier is 38 and really found making weight super-difficult (question marks on if he did). The first round will be cagey, maybe a little takedown. The second will see Rumble take control and finish the fight. The longer it goes the better from DC.
