Hello and welcome to this weeks Modern Seoul KPOP Song of the Week, our Fourth for April 2017.
There have been a few interesting new KPOP releases over the past few weeks, this week we’ve gone for the new release from Minzy (2NE1) feat. Flowsik with a song titled “Na Ni No“. It was released on YouTube on Sunday April 16th 2017. Here are our reasons for choosing “Na Ni No” for our KPOP song of the week:
- Firstly the song has a dance and rnb feel with solid vocals and the expected high quality rapping.
- Secondly the video focuses on dancing and doesn’t switch to much of a story. Also 2.2million+ views is impressive.
- Finally Minzy is maybe less well known than other members of 2NE1, however this is a solid release which could gain her some new fans.
- On the negative side; Flowsik is a little underused and the lyrics repeat a lot.
