Following a giant midweek round and a big Saturday round of games, Sunday is a little small and more focused with 2 games in each division. The standout game in the Classic in the clash between 2 struggling sides Gangwon and Incheon United. The stadium maybe a little empty on the day but the game should be interesting.
A quick reminder that this season we’re going to the covering each match day separately (the last few seasons it’s been each round). Making the posts a little shorter and focused on a day. Video Highlights, Goal Updates and more via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

K League Classic 2017 Previews & Predictions (Sunday May 7th – Round 10)
Moving onto the days action, here are our brief previews and predictions for this Sundays 2 games;
Gangwon vs. Incheon United @ 3pm
The highlight game of the day comes from the Alpensia Ski Jumping Stadium home of Gangwon FC. Gangwon have only won once in their last 4 games and twice all season, both of those were away from home. Bottom side Incheon United have had yet another slow start to a K League season and won for the first season on Wednesday. Their away form however is a little better than their home.
Prediction: 2 – 2
Both sides have shown hints of form but neither has set the league alight yet this season. We see this being a good game, but ultimately a draw.
+Game of Day+ This is our highlight game of the day and therefore we’ll be covering it in extra detail via our Twitter Page.
Jeonnam Dragons vs. Gwangju @ 3pm
In the second game of the day 9th placed Jeonnam Dragons host 8th placed Gwangju. These sides are only separated by a single point and a win for either would push them closer to the mid-table battle. Jeonnam Dragons have won 3 from 4, losing a tight game during the week to FC Seoul. Gwangju have once won once in 5 games, however have a strong defensive line, their issue is a lack of goals.
Prediction: 1 – 0
Close game on paper but one we see Jeonnam edging.

Here are brief previews and predictions for this Sunday’s K League Challenge games;
Suwon FC vs. Seongnam FC @ 3pm
The first of Saturdays games features Suwon FC who are just outside of the playoff places and bottom side Seongnam FC. Suwon FC have only won 1 of their last 5 league games and lost on Wednesday against Asan Mugunghwa. Seongnam FC have been poor all season despite retaining a good number of their Classic squad players. They look poor during the week losing against Seoul E-Land.

Both sides are lacking form and confidence and so this might be a small and cagey game. One which we see going to Suwon.
