The final day of the 2nd group stages matches at the U20 World Cup 2017 take place on Thursday afternoon/evening. Thursday features 4 games 2 in Group E and 2 in Group F with games taking place at the Cheonan Stadium and Incheon Football Stadium.
The highlight game of the day is between African nation Senegal and North Americans the United States, the attendance might not be great but both sides are outside picks to do well in the competition. Here are previews and predictions are all 4 games;

U20 World Cup 2017 Previews / Predictions – Thursday May 25th 2017
Are the details on the 4 games on Thursday in the U20 World Cup;
France vs. Vietnam – 5pm
One of the overall favorites to go all the way European Champions France take on underdogs Vietnam. France easily beat Honduras on Monday 3-0 and will be big favorites here. Vietnam picked up a point in a dull 0-0 draw with New Zealand in their opening group game, however France will be a much bigger test.
France will be favorites, but never discount an underdog.
Prediction: France 4 – 1 Vietnam
Ecuador vs. Saudi Arabia – 5pm
The days second 5 o’clock kick off comes from Incheon and features Ecuador and Saudi Arabia. Ecuador played in a thrilling 3-3 draw with the United States on Monday, they lead a few times but couldn’t hang on. Saudi Arabia were poor in their opening game and were beaten 2-0 by Senegal.
Ecuador will be slight favorites.
Prediction: Ecuador 1 – 0 Saudi Arabia
New Zealand vs. Honduras – 8pm
The second game in Group E features two sides battling for 2nd place (behind France) New Zealand and Honduras. New Zealand labored to a goalless draw against Vietnam on Monday, whilst Honduras were easily beaten by France.
Both sides need the 3 points here to stand a chance of making the final 16, however we see it ending in a draw.
Prediction: New Zealand 1 – 1 Honduras
Senegal vs. United States – 8pm
The final game of the day comes from Incheon and is between African Nation Senegal and the United States. Senegal looked strong as they easily beat Saudi Arabia on Monday 2-0, whilst the United States needed a last minute equalizer to claim a point against Ecuador.
Tough game to call, Senegal are strong but the US maybe settled on Monday and finally get going. Overall Draw.
Prediction: Senegal 1 – 1 United States
