The final day of the group stages is here and the final few nations will gain their spots in the final 16. Group E has France leading the way, whilst Group F is wide open. 4 games altogether, from the World Cup Stadiums in Jeonju and Daejeon.
The highlight game of the day is between Middle Eastern Nation Saudi Arabia and North Americans the United States, could be winner takes all in Daejeon.

U20 World Cup 2017 Previews / Predictions – Sunday May 28th 2017
Are the details on the 4 games on Sunday in the U20 World Cup;
Honduras vs. Vietnam – 3pm
Both sides need a big win to stand any chance of making the final 16, most likely via the 3rd place spot. Honduras have lost both of their games so far 3-0 & 3-1. Vietnam gained a point in their opening game before losing the France 4-0.
Honduras could edge this one, but might not have enough to gain a best 3rd place spot.
Prediction: Honduras 1 – 0 Vietnam
New Zealand vs. France – 3pm
The days second game for group E features one of the favorites France taking on New Zealand. New Zealand have 4 points from their opening 2 games and looked good beating Honduras on Thursday. However France have scored 7 conceding 0 and look at a different level in this group.
France will be favorites, but New Zealand might grab a goal.
Prediction: New Zealand 1 – 3 France
Senegal vs. Ecuador – 6pm
The first of the two game from Group F features Senegal and Ecuador. Senegal won their opening game v Saudi Arabia (2-0) but couldn’t breakdown a tough US side in game two (0-1). Ecuador were unlucky only to draw in their opening game and a little unlucky to lose in game 2.
Evenly matched sides and therefore we see this ending in a draw. Senegal should progress to the last 16.
Prediction: Senegal 1 – 1 Ecuador
United States vs. Saudi Arabia – 6pm
The final game of the day comes from Daejeon and is between the United States and Saudi Arabia. The United States needed a last minute equalizer to claim a point against Ecuador, and a strong defence to hold on against Senegal. Saudi beat Ecuador on Thursday but weren’t hugely convincing.
We see the United States winning this one and topping the group. However the knockout stages will be a lot tougher for young team USA.
Prediction: United States 2 – 0 Saudi Arabia
