Hello and welcome to this weeks Modern Seoul KPOP Song of the Week, our Third for June 2017.
There have been a few interesting new KPOP releases over the past few weeks, this week we’ve gone for the new release from KPOP Pop-Rock group FT Island with a song titled “Wind“. It was released on YouTube on Tuesday June 6th 2017. Here are our reasons for choosing “Wind” for our KPOP song of the week:
- Firstly the song is a Rock-Ballad, and showcases both the vocal and musical talents of the group.
- Secondly the video isn’t overly complicated, and it matches the lyrics and ballad style.
- Finally FT Island have been active for 10 years! And have (for the most part) stayed true to their Pop-Rock roots. Something that keeps their fanbase.
- On the negative side; it hasn’t received too many views via YouTube.
