The K League Classic continues with the three round of action in a week, following a full round this past Wednesday. Both the championship and relegation pictures are becoming clearer, however the mid-table battle is super close still even after 15 games. Jeju United vs. Pohang Steelers is the standout game on Saturday evening. Previews and Predictions below;

K League Classic 2017 League Table Update
Jeonbuk Hyundai currently top the table 3 points ahead of Ulsan Hyundai, who in turn are 3 points ahead of Pohang Steelers who are now 3rd. Gangwon, Jeju, Suwon and Seoul a split by only 3 points. Then there is a 4 point gap down to Sangju in 8th and Jeonnam 9th. Daegu, Gwangju and Incheon United complete the table and all 3 look destined for the relegation battle this season.
K League Classic 2017 Previews & Predictions (Saturday June 24th – Round 16)
Moving onto the days action, here are our brief previews and predictions for this Saturdays 3 games;
Jeju United vs. Pohang Steelers @ 6pm
The first game of the day is a top of the table clash between Jeju United and Pohang Steelers. Jeju United have lost both games since return after the international break, during which they crashed out of the ACL. Pohang Steelers on the other hand at least won during the week against Incheon, however the 3-0 scoreline was a little flattering.
Prediction: 1 – 1
Early odds have Jeju as clear favorites, but we see this ending all-square.
Gwangju vs. Jeonnam Dragons @ 7pm
The second game of the day is a bottom of the table encounter between Gwangju and Jeonnam Dragons. Gwangju haven’t won in 6 games and have only scored 9 goals all season in the league. Jeonnam Dragons drew for the first time this season during the week, either win big or lose heavily.
Prediction: 0 – 1
Jeonnam seem to find something extra when playing against fellow league stragglers.
Ulsan Hyundai vs. Incheon United @ 7pm
The the final game on Saturday is between two sides at opposite ends of the table, 2nd placed Ulsan Hyundai and bottom side Incheon United. Ulsan have won 6 of their last 8 in the league, drawing the other two. Incheon United have only won once all season and have the leakiest defence in the league.
Prediction: 2 – 0
Ulsan will be clear favorites to win this one.

K League Challenge 2017 (Saturday June 24th – Round 18) Previews & Predictions

K League Challenge 2017 League Table Update
The league table at this point has Gyeongnam topping the table 9 points clear, followed by Busan I’Park, Bucheon 1995 and Asan Mugunghwa who currently fill the playoff places. Seongnam, Anyang and Suwon are close behind. Then there’s a gap to Ansan, Seoul and finally Daejeon who are 5 points adrift.
K League Challenge 2017 Predictions (Saturday June 27th – Round 18)
Here are predictions for this Saturday’s K League Challenge games;
Gyeongnam vs. Seongnam FC @ 7pm
Prediction: 1 – 0
We see a narrow win for the league leaders.
Bucheon 1995 vs. Suwon FC @ 7pm
Prediction: 3 – 2
Bucheon 1995 will be looking to build on their hammering of Anyang last Monday evening. And Suwon lack the confidence to stop them.
