K League Challenge 2017 League Table Update
The league table at this point has Gyeongnam topping the table now 13 points clear, followed by Busan I’Park. There is an 9 point gap to Asan Mugunghwa and Bucheon 1995 who currently fill the other playoff places. Seongnam FC close behind. FC Anyang, Suwon FC and now Seoul E-Land are a little off the playoff race. Then there’s a gap to Ansan and Daejeon Citizen who all look too far away from the playoff places now.
K League Challenge 2017 Predictions (Saturday August 26th / Sunday August 27th – Round 27)
SATURDAY
Here are predictions for this Saturday’s K League Challenge games:
Ansan Greeners vs. Bucheon 1995 @ 7pm
Prediction: 1 – 2
This one could go either way, however Ansan lack depth in their squad and 3 games in a week will be tough. So we see Bucheon narrowly winning, but it could swing toward Ansan.
Seoul E-Land vs. Gyeongnam @ 7pm
Prediction: 1 – 3
Seoul E-Land have improved a lot recently starting to show some possible late playoff run form. However Gyeongnam have been a class apart in the Challenge this season and so we see them winning.
SUNDAY
Here are predictions for this Sunday’s K League Challenge games:
Daejeon Citizen vs. Seongnam FC @ 7pm
Prediction: 0 – 2
Daejeon have had a season to forget and maybe already looking towards 2018. Seongnam FC on the other hand have found some form and will be the favorites to win.
Asan Mugunghwa vs. Busan I’Park @ 7pm
Prediction: 1 – 1
A clash between two playoff placed sides, who might cancel each other out. Therefore we see this ending in a draw.
Suwon FC vs. FC Anyang @ 7pm
Prediction: 2 – 1
Both sides are desperate for a win to stay in the playoff picture. We’re siding with Suwon to pick up the three points with a narrow win.
