Bottom: Pohang sit in 7th a little in no-mans-land. Then we have Jeonnam, Daegu, Sangju and Incheon all level on 33 points and separated by goals scored. Gwangju are 11 points off at the bottom and could go down in the next few weeks.
K League Classic 2017 (Sunday October 8th – Round 33) Preview & Predictions
All 6 of this weekends K League Classic games are on Sunday, here are our predictions;
Gangwon vs. Incheon United @ 3pm
Prediction: 1 – 2
Gangwon will almost certainly finish 6th, Incheon however have a lot more to play for and are on a 8 game unbeaten run. So we see Incheon edging this one.
Jeonnam Dragons vs. Daegu @ 3pm
Prediction: 3 – 2
This game has draw written all over it, but h2h they haven’t drawn since 2013. So we’re giving Jeonnam the edge is a possible sleeper match.
Pohang Steelers vs. Suwon Bluewings @ 3pm
Prediction: 0 – 1
This game maybe too soon for the return of Johnathan, but we see Suwon returning to winning ways. It will be close however.
Gwangju vs. Ulsan Hyundai @ 3pm
Prediction: 0 – 2
Sadly it seems like Gwangju are destined for the drop, they haven’t won since July. Ulsan Hyundai should have too much for them on Sunday afternoon.
Jeju United vs. Jeonbuk Hyundai @ 3pm
Prediction: 2 – 1
A huge game at the top of the table, and one that will have big implications on the title. Jeju United haven’t lost at home since early July and have beaten Jeonbuk in both of their previous encounters this season. Jeonbuk are tough to beat but have struggled recently to kill off games. We see Jeju edging this one.
Sangju Sangmu vs. FC Seoul @ 3pm
Prediction: 1 – 1
The final game of the afternoon is between Sangju Sangmu who are deep in the relegation battle and FC Seoul who are a little off the Champions League spots now. Both are on solid form and both could win this one. So we see it ending in a draw.

K League Challenge 2017 Predictions (Sunday October 8th – Round 33)
Here are predictions for this Saturday’s K League Challenge games:
Asan Mugunghwa vs. Seoul E-Land @ 3pm
Prediction: 2 – 1
Seoul E-Land had a nice run a month ago, but have faltered recently. Asan are on solid form and we see them winning this one and pressuring the playoff placed sides.
Bucheon 1995 vs. Ansan Greeners @ 3pm
Prediction: 2 – 0
No win in 3 heading into this one, but we see Bucheon picking up the win here and staying in the playoff places.
Gyeongnam vs. Busan I’Park @ 3pm
Prediction: 1 – 1
Gyeongnam have a strong record over Busan so far this season with 2 wins and a draw. Neither side has looked unbeatable recently and therefore we see this big title picture match ending in a draw.
