A slightly lighter K League schedule on Sunday, but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking in interesting games. The two big winners from last weekend Jeonnam Dragons and Pohang Steelers clash in the opening game. Then FC Seoul host their first game of 2018 when they take on Gangwon FC. Previews and Predictions below;

K League 1: Sunday March 11th 2018 Preview / Predictions

There are 2 games in the K League 1 this Sunday;

Jeonnam Dragons vs. Pohang Steelers (2pm)

The first game of the day comes from down in South Jeolla as Jeonnam Dragons host Pohang Steelers. Both sides won big on the opening round of games with Jeonnam Dragons shocking Suwon Bluewings. Whilst Pohang Steelers eased past Daegu. This being said I feel that Pohang might have the overall edge on the day, but it will be close.

Prediction: 1 – 2

FC Seoul vs. Gangwon FC (4pm)

The last game of the weekend is an interesting encounter from over at the Seoul World Cup Stadium. FC Seoul have been quiet during the off-season and things didn’t pick up on the opening weekend as they drew 0-0 away to Jeju. Gangwon picked up a win over Incheon United, making the most of their few openings. Strangely for reasons unknown I feel like Seoul will come alive in this game and expose the holes in the Gangwon defensive line.

Prediction: 4 – 2
