Predictions World Cup 2018 Group Stage Games (Day 3 / June 16th-17th)

France 3-1 Australia

Group C – Saturday 7pm (Korea Time)

France come into the tournament one of the overall favorites, and they will be favorites against an always lively Australian side. I see France winning by at least a couple of goal.

Argentina 2-0 Iceland

Group D – Saturday 10pm (Korea Time)

On paper this should be a simple win for the South Americans. However Iceland proved during Euro 2016 that they shouldn’t be underestimated, so I see it being a little closed that it looks on paper.

Peru 1-2 Denmark

Group C – Sunday 1am (Korea Time)

An interesting and slightly different matchup as Peru take on possible European dark horses Denmark. Peru have some South American flair, however I see the more experienced Europeans Denmark coming away with the win.

Croatia 1-1 Nigeria

Group D – Sunday 4am (Korea Time)

The final game of a busy evening and night is between two solid sides Croatia and Nigeria. Croatia have a strong squad but are a little unknown, whilst Nigeria have a super popular kit and hopefully more. So overall I see them being pretty even and a draw a likely outcome.
