South Korea take a break from their World Cup Qualifiers to take on footballing giants Brazil in a friendly over in the UAE. Brazil just played and lost to Argentina in Saudi Arabia, so they’ll be looking to gain a little form when taking on South Korea on Tuesday. Here is a brief preview and prediction;

Brazil vs. South Korea – World Cup Qualifier
When; Tuesday November 18th 2019, 10.30pm (Korea Time)
Where; Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium (Abu Dhabi)
Who; Brazil vs. South Korea
Following disappointing goalless draws against both North Korea and Lebanon, South Korea will be hoping to rediscover a little away form. But it of course won’t be easy against a big name such as Brazil. Surprisingly Brazil haven’t won since lifting the Copa America in the Summer, with their Brasil Global Tour not exactly going to plan.
Overall South Korea don’t have enough options overall to beat Brazil, but it will be a close game. I see Brazil coming out on top maybe by just a single goal. Fingers crossed that Korea at least get on the scoresheet.
Watch out for; The big name for South Korea is of course Son Heung-min, he’s been in the news for the wrong reasons recently but his form for Tottenham has been excellent. Also young star winger Lee Kang-in (Valencia) could be given more time to shine on Tuesday. For Brazil look out for Manchester City star Gabriel Jesus, as well as maybe young Real Madrid forward Rodrygo who just made his debut against Argentina.
Head-to-Head; These nations have played five before with South Korea holding just a single win with Brazil winning the other four encounters. The last game played in 2013 was won by Brazil 2-0 with Neymar and Oscar scoring the goals. South Korea’s only win came in 1999 with Kim Do-Hoon scoring the only goal of the game.
Overall H2H;
South Korea 1
Draws 0
Brazil 4
Prediction: Brazil 2-1 South Korea
